CITY BYTES

1.  I stumbled upon these interesting glass pieces in the atrium of a building on Collins
Street as I took a short-cut through to Flinders Lane, but forgot to get the name of
the building!

2. This is where I was heading - to photograph this cantilevered swimming pool high above Flinders Lane.

3. The Grand Old Dame of Melbourne, Flinders Street Station, with the City Loop free tram (an old W Class tram) and a
modern D Class Combino tram made by Siemens.

4.  This interesting play of reflections can be found in the glass walls of one of
the Federation Square buildings.

5. Still on Federation Square - looking out across the BMW Edge Theatre.

6. Lovely stone work on Fed Square.

7. Detail of the domes, Flinders Street Station.

8. One of the three Colonial Tramcar Restaurants operating in the city. Each can seat 36 diners .
