Week 256

SOUTH OF THE RIVER
 

This Sunday I went into the city and just followed my nose around in the area south of the
Yarra River. In the process I wandered down streets I have never trod before, and found both
familiar and new sights to photograph for you...

1. A chat by the riverside...

2. This lovely old brick building has a terrible load to bear.

3. Looking east down City Road with the Eureka Tower dominating the scene.

4. I just stumbled across this old Citroën DS parked at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art.

5. Dramatic sky to the west.

6. One of the buildings of the Victorian School for the Arts.

7.  The student union building of the VSA.

8. Shades of green, Southbank.

9. Back on the Southbank promenade: what is so fascinating?

10. He is! A juggler from San Francisco.
