Week 270

A WALK ON THE BEACH

This past Sunday was heavily overcast, but a walk along the beach from the Franksston
Yacht Club southward did give one a lot to look at, including some pretty dramatic
skyscapes. So enjoy the walk with me, will you?
 

1. Spot the Melbourne skyline!

2. The beach was pretty much deserted, and recent rough seas have washed a great deal of jetsam onto the sand.

3. Splashes of colour on the pier.

4. Sea foam, not something I see often here.

5. It's raining out over the Bay.

6. A day for cloudwatching!

7.  One of the basalt boulders along the shore.

8. Looking north towards Frankston, with Mt Dandenong on the horizon.
