1. Flinders Street: looking west along the new northern facade of the aquarium towards
one of the new buildings that have arisen at the western end of the street.

2. Walking along the colonnade of the exhibition centre, one reaches this glass wall, part of the new Convention Centre.

3. A harmony of angles makes the new Convention Centre building a photographer's delight.

4. One of the entrances.

5. Polly Woodside is still at her temporary mooring on the river while her permanent
berth at the nearby Maritime Museum is being prepared (to the right, off shot). Note
the Crown Casino tower, and behind it the PriceWaterhouseCoopers building and
the Eureka Tower.

6. The new footbridge across the Yarra with the new Convention Centre beyond.
