Week 309

LATE AFTERNOON - WESTERNPORT HIGHWAY

This Sunday was a blustery day with a strong NNW wind and heavy cloud cover most
of the day. As I had to go to Langwarrin to collect some mail, I decided to grab some shots
on the way back to Wheelers Hill. The views from the Westernport Highway which leads to
Phillip Island are always worthwhile, and with the sun low on the horizon the light is always
fabulous. Because the light was low and I wanted to get a grainy effect, I set the camera
speed to ISO 800. Even so, the wind at times made taking hand-held shots extremely hard!
