Week 341
AN AFTERNOON IN THE GARDENS
The images this
week are from an afternoon spent wandering through the Royal Botanical Gardens
in Melbourne. I was fortunate enough to have a fellow photographer share the
delights of the place
with me and time just seemed to fly by unnoticed as we moved from one delightful
scene to the next.
1. Another earth clutch.
2. Lotus flower.
3. Four green oak leaves.
4. Blossoms and buds.
5. Towering cypress.
6. Even though the gardens were packed with visitors, there are always quiet vistas to be had.
7. Stairway, not to heaven, but to the Crafts Cottage.
8. Prickly pear branch, fruit and blossom.
9. A beautiful magnolia bloom.
10. Tranquility.
