Week 349
INNER CITY GLIMPSES
The images this
week are from a long walk along the streets and alleys of the eastern half of
the
Melbourne CBD - the area between Swanston and Spring Streets.

1. A quiet little courtyard off Collins Street - love the texture of the wall.

2. Much more modern - a covered walkway between streets.

3. The white door, spotted in an alley.

4. Wonderful light on the side entrance to St Michael's church.

5. The warm tones of the sandstone of the Scots Church always attract me.

6. This
water feature is next to the Scots church. The water is recycled, so
don't try
and quench your thirst there!

7. A secret garden... and a passer-by blissfully unaware of it.

8. Figure in an alley.

9. John Wesley still looking good outside St Michael's.

10. A touch of Italy....
